Suggest Remedy For Painful Penis Skin During Erection

Hi,I'm a 20 year old guy. My query is that, "when my penis is in flaccid state I can pull back my foreskin very easily. But in case of erection it becomes a bit difficult and a bit painful. Can you suggest me something for the same?" Thanks in advance.
