Suggest Remedy For Painful Pulsating Inside Right Side Of The Body

hey doc,i've had painful pulsations inside my body on the right side it happened last year but i don't get the reaction no more. I also have another problem whereas on my left side i have a sharp pain like right above my last rib, it hurts for me to move or bend. Do you have any advice?
