Suggest Remedy For Painful Pus Discharge After Breast Reduction Procedure

I had a breast reduction three weeks ago. On my right breast, on the end of the incision that is where it meets the middle of my chest, I had a problem with what they said was an abscess on my suture. The PA cleaned it out and removed the suture, but since then it is still having a light green pus discharge, and it is painful. The PA said she didn't think it was infected but it seems like it's gotten worse since she cut the suture out.
