Suggest Remedy For Painful Rectum Bleeding Post Sex

Please do not think I am trolling, I have a real problem, and I am very embarrassed to have to ask. I have been married for 3 weeks now. My husband, and I am searching for a polite explanation, is much more endowed than most men. Every time we make love it hurts the first few minutes - a lot. For the past 2 weeks I have been bleeding from the rectum profusely. No, we do NOT have anal sex. I am feeling like the pain during sex must be connected to the bleeding. I have been using hemmoroid cream this week, but nothing is getting better.
