Suggest Remedy For Painful Red Bump Near Bikini Area

I have a big red bump that's painful near my bikini area. Ive had them before and had one removed 2 years ago at the ER. Its back again and its going on three days now. Its getting worse even though I've been putting a drawing sab on it. Do I need to go see a doctor and have it removed again or get put on antibiotics. I had a baby a month ago and only breast feeding her. I need to know what should I do and it is effecting my baby?
