Suggest Remedy For Painless Blister Below The Eye

I have recently developed a fluid filled swelling below my right eye. There is no pain attached to the area but has been like this for the last 3 days and is not diminishing. I have used an ice pack on the area which seems to reduce swelling but only temporarily. Wonder if I should visit a physician? My Email address is YYYY@YYYY
