Suggest Remedy For Palpitations And Drowsiness When On Montek LC

doctor advised me to take montek LC since i have been noticed with mild sinus inthe frontal.. I am feeling little drowsy and also little palpitation. He asked me tot take 30 days in the night. I am also working. Not sure if i should continue till 30 days and whether this kind of palpitation and drowsiness will continue for 30 days..advise me
