Suggest Remedy For Patches Of Skin On Penis

I had two cortisone shots on my penis to help with an inflamed hair follicle with a month in between and after the second shot, i noticed there is a patch about 1/2 inch by 1 inch that is completely white and is not my normal skin color. Is there anything i can do to restore my normal skin color?
