Suggest Remedy For Penis Condition

Im a 28 year old male, abot 4 days ago I had sex with my girlfriend I was probably fully erect for a good 15 mins. The next day I noticed all the veins on the shaft of my penis were all kinda popping out.I had no pain or anything,the following day they went down a little but are clearly seen when my penis is flacid. I also remember the condom being extreamly tight,,,,,,please help
