Suggest Remedy For Penis Pain Due To Sperm Accumulation

I am aged 68 years & have undergone prostrate enlargement in jan.2007 & thereafter I was ok. since few months , i am having burning sesation in pennis ocassionally & also slight pain. this will happen when there is accumalation of sperm and not able to get released. when once there is leakage on its own or forced mastribution I get relief. Since my wife is not interested in sex exercises I have to resort to Mastirbution on my own or with wifes hands. Can i continue to to remove the accumalated sperms from pennis by handling whihc is sometimes painful what should do.
