Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

My husband has a scab on his penis. I noticed it with my tongue when attempting to perform. I went totally numb and turned off. He said he it was a rub mark from being caught it in his zipper. I could not go any further as I don't want a scab coming off inside my mouth or otherwise Is that possible?
