Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

Ok i'm 19, 5'8, 175LB. Out of nowhere, I got a viral virus/ allergy which rashed my whole body. The rashes cleared in about a week, but during my time in the hospital one of the things they wanted to treat me for was a possible syphllis. I rejected because i haven't been sexually active for more than a year. The most i've done is masturbate. But now i'm starting to worry because i see something on my penis. It looks like when you cut skin. Some help please.
