Hiya, me and my boyfriend were wondering hat this mean?my boyfriend has a skinny line of extra skin or a scar? from the foreskin going down toward the bottom of his penis. he also told me it sometimes has little bumps on it, but they come and go. and are very little. we are both completely clean and virgins. is this a scar? or just a line of extra skin?
