for high tension/tightness and long time of penis. medicine required.OK.I am 52 years old, having three children aged 25, 22, and 19 respectively. I was fit for the same. I never touch any other except my wife. but from the last more than one year, I m not feeling proper entertainment and at every minor though towards sex, a gelly / water types come out from the pennis.
