Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

Dear Sir, I was regularly masturbating twice or thrice a month. Sometimes i was rubbing my penis to the wall. Since 1 year i have a problem. The skin at the head of my penis doesnot come back while masturbating, Even while urinating. The skin seems to be infected & i can't feel the experiance of masturbating. Before i can feel it sperm gets out. please help me out.
