Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

i need help! I am 39 years of age, 5'11 1/2" and 230 lbs. I have clean medical history. About 5 weeks ago I received oral sex. Right after the oral i started feeling a tingling on the corona of my penis. That lasted about 3 weeks in which it felt very uncomfortable and at times I could feel my underwear rubbing. My MD presribed me a cream and while my first symptoms have disappeared I have now started with new symptoms.
On the left side of the opening of the Urethra it feels very tender and I have a constant feeling to urinate only when seating. I have no other symptoms other then that. Can anyone help?
