Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

Hi Doctor. I had this abnormal wrinles on the left lower part of my penis.I first discovered this in 2009 and it was accompanied by water coming from it. I just thought it might be jst some fungal or bacterial infection due to bad hygiene. But when it did not subside even after some time . I started using steroid based creams. Even though it reduced the inflamation. It did not go and used to recur . This would happen primarily when I would have sexual intercourse. Then after a while it went of with on and off appearance. I had dandruff and acne problem in between and I came to know that it might be accompanied male thrush and could be due to the dandruff. I started using Ketacondazole medicated solution and it subsided. I started using it directly on my penis and the surrounding area and it completely went down.Now when I recently had intercourse , my partner developed some inflamation in her vaginal cavity and discharge due to that and pain while urinating.I feel this might be caused due to me .Can you suggest what exactly is wrong with me..I need help...
