Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

Hi,I have had tiny painful lacerations around the inside top of my foreskin and my foreskin has shrunk and become tight.I have had undiagnosed herpes for 25 years but the lacerations which come during those attacks are at the joint of foreskin and gland. I have been treating the problem as I would the heroes with mild warm salt water for a month but it has still not cleared. I have not been able to get to doctor or sexual health clinic due to my odd work shedule
