Suggest Remedy For Penis

I had vein leakage and had a cirurgy to correct it 4 years ago. It didn't work perfectly and I have been taking Cialis 5 mg since than. Lately I have been under some stress and having too much masturbation. Some days ago after masturbating I had some paun in my penis and since then I have been having difficulties in getting an erection. Is it possible that the excess masturbation lead to this? Or is it only a psycological problem?
