Suggest Remedy For Peripheral Neuropathy Based On This MRI Report

Both of my feet feel like a big paddle slapped them over and over again. Peripheral neuropathy. They burn severely. I have great blood flow, 42 years old and worked out all my life. I fell off the roof 12 years ago and broke vertical processees L1, L2, and L3. Didn t really think anything about it and I fell great for about 8. My feet started to burn and I thought it was sugar, but my A1 test came back perfect no sugar problems. I just had a lumbar MRI and it says several things, but I will type what I feel is pertinent. L1-2 shows right paracentral/lateral disc herniation causing asymmetric Impression into the theca sac with mild central canal narrowing. Neural foreman are patent. L5-S1 shows a broad based central disc herniation which is mostly in the epidural fat but does create some slight contact with the theca sac. This comes close to contacting the S1 nerve roots slightly greater on the right side than the left. The disc herniation extends for approx .4cm posterior to the vertebral body endplates. L5 neutral foreman appear patent. What should I do?
