Suggest Remedy For Peripheral Neuropathy In Bilateral Feet

Yes, I have horrible peripheral small fiber neuropathy in bilateral feet. The pain is so severe. I feel like I am walking on hot charcoals and then I have like electrical pain shooting in my feet occassionally. I take Lyrica, which does not help much if any. It makes me feel spacey. I find it very difficult to work while taking Lyrica. I am at my witts end. I can t wear shoes without being in horrible pain. It feels like the heat builds up in my feet. The same things if I get in the bathtub...I have to hold my feet above the warm bath water. There is one thing that I am able to do...I can soak my feet in room temperature water under my desk while working. (Thank goodness I can work from home when not travelling.) I feel like I am at my witts end, as I feel like I am messed up for like and am very depressed. Do you know if there has been any study with biotox or with cutting nerve endings?
