Suggest Remedy For Persistent Cough And Runny Nose

Hey for the last four days I have had sever runny nose and eyes. Felt sick to stomach and little fever. Felt tired and now getting a presistamt cough. Eyes still running bad. Been told it was allergies. Can allergies do all this. Or what do you think I have ?
