I thought just had a cold but now I m not so sure. I have a harsh cough with a yellowish green flem and I m not producing much mucus when I cough. I m also running a low fever. I ve no appetite and I have a very dry mouth . My symptions have been consistent for 4 days . My chest is sore. I ve been taking lemon and honey with ginger, cough drops, advil sinus and flu .
