Suggest Remedy For Persistent Headache On Top Back Of Head

I have had a nonstop aching headache in the top back of my head for 6 weeks. I was recently dianosed with post trauma migraine. Cat scan showed nothing. I am not buying the post trauma migraine cause. should I get an mri or what else could it be?
