Suggest Remedy For Persistent Headaches And Nausea

Hi,I've had a near-constant headache and nausea for several weeks now, and I don't know what's causing it. It starts almost immediately after I wake up. The headache feels like it's mostly coming from the back of my head. I have no idea what's causing this. Thanks.
