Suggest Remedy For Persistent Headaches

I have been diagnosed with empty sella syndrome..It was by accident. I ahd went to an ENT who did xrays for a sinus issue. Sent for and MRI and it showed up. I have had all blood work possible and with normal results. The question I have..Why all these weird sensations in my head though..One day I can have a really bad headache and then I the next I will have what I call headpains..Like all of a sudden a dull sharp pain in one side of my head or the other??
