Suggest Remedy For Persistent Itching On Skin

Hello Dr,I am 23yr old student. I have had this itching of skin for almost 10yrs now. It worsens then becomes less prominent and varies with seasons. The problem is that I have these small keratoid type on my skin in almost all parts for past 3-4 yrs... I av had treatments and applied creams like gentalene, cosvate etc. What do I do?
