Suggest Remedy For Persistent Lower Abdominal Pain

i have lower abdominal pain since 2-3 years ,first doctor told me it is endometriosis by taking u/s they gave only pain killers and the depo shot ,but still i have constant pain,all tests like mri ,tranvaginal u/s,pep smear done,now i consult with urologist he suggest kidny & bladder ct scan,will it show real diseae,should i continue treatment with urologist,plz help ,what will be good iam suffering a lot my quality of life is disturbed due to this pain,i am 40+ now hight 5inch 4 c weight 70 kg. i have bone pain too.
