Suggest Remedy For Persistent Lump On Penis

hi, i have one lump on my penis , i thought it was a normal spot. i picked it & it went into a scab but now the scab has gone the lump remains.. also i have a spot on my forhead. its not a white or blackhead when ever i pick it. blood comes out then stops. but the lump/spot remains.. any ideas what they could be? they both look simalar tho.
