Suggest Remedy For Persistent Migraines,pain In Chest And Numbness In Hands

ive had bad migraines everyday for about two years now. About a month ago my chest starting hurting and my arms will to. Its happened everyday since then. I lose feeling in my hands when it happens sometimes. And these migraines are so bad it makes my face hurt. Ive seen three doctors and they only make me lay down and they check my heart rate. And a couple weeks ago ive had this burning feelin like heartburn but worse. Its burning so bad inside its making my ears hurt. Please help im scared. Im 18 and dont know what to do
