Suggest Remedy For Persistent Pain In Knee

hello,i have some pain in my left knee from about 9 month i'v seen 3 doctors from that time,no one helped me right,MRI LEFT KNEE report:mri of left knee was preformed with sagittal,axial and coronal every 4mm of thikness mesiant pulse sequences on T1 , T2 and stir.Patella ,femur ,tibia and fubula are of normal morophology and without pathological lesions. Hoffa's fat pat is normal. Minimal fluid in the posterior pouch is mentioned .patellar tend is of normal length and thickness.anterior and posterior horns of both meniscu are of normal size, triangular from with minimal degenartive changes of the posterior horn of internal menisci.posterior cruciate ligament is of normal length, thickness and insertion.The ACL fibers are thickened with irregular signal (ACL injury?)collateral ligments are normal muscular parts appears normal.the last doctor i saw told me i need a surgery, which am running away from it,is there any other solution?, what u advice me to do, thank you :)
