Suggest Remedy For Persistent Pain In Lower Abdominal Region

hello I have been suffering with pains in my lower abdominal region for over 2 months!! the pain isn't to bad sometimes but at other times, i can't physically move!? Im slighlty concernerd that this pain hasn't subsided. I have seen a doctor and she wasn't concerned as she couldn't feel anything abnormal when examining that area. Hope you can bring light on my situation.
