Suggest Remedy For Persistent Pain In My Neck, Back, Shoulders, Ankles, Wrists, Legs And Arms

i am having pains in my neck,back,shoulders,ankles,wrists,headaches,legs and arms after a truck came through my living room and hit me on the sofa i did not have any broken bones but it is getting worser and worser i got hit on march 6 of this year and the pain is not leaving it's persisant and it will not go away what does that mean?
