Suggest Remedy For Persistent Pain In Pelvic Area And Gas Problem

I have been trying to use the symptom checker but it hasn t beeen working lately just wondering if you can help... for about a year or two now, I have been having some pain in my pelvis area with a constant passing of gas about every 10 minutes all day everyday to where it has become a problem. The passing of gas through my body and the noises (similar to stomach grumbling) have gone too far to where people in public can hear. Lately the thorny pain in my pelvis has returned... my OBGYN said (about a year ago) that could be endrometryosis. Anyway, the passing of gas and the pain associated with it has become an uncomfortable problem What should I do?
