Suggest Remedy For Persistent Severe Headaches

Lately I've been having some severe headaches, but not just in the front of my head like usual headaches plant themselves, it's all over. They tend to last for hours but I get them everday. I have some soreness/bruising in the back of my head on the right side. Sometimes just on the inside of my right ear, it will feel as if I have a block inside my head. I'm always a tad dizzy and my left ear is starting to ring out. What could this be and what should I do?
