Suggest Remedy For Persistent Stomach Pain

Hi, My son (2years 9 months old) says stomach pain from last 4 days (suddenly he is crying with in one or two minutes relaxing) we gave him Meptalspas for two days (twice in a day). this early morning (around 3.00 AM), he started crying for stomach pain and went to motion (loose motion). we 5 mL of Meptalspas at 3.30 AM and again he went to motion at 6.00 AM (loose motion), then we gave him 5 mL of Zenflox-OZ (these medicines are suggested by general physician). Kindly advise me what to do now. (still he says stomach pain)
