Suggest Remedy For Phlegm,nose Block And Joint Pains

Hi past few 2 days I have heavy mucus in my throat, swelling of eyes and blocked nostrils. Tickling sensation in my throat. Body pain, mainly joints. My normal voice is now hoarse. I m diabetic and have Gerd. Please advise. The medicines I now take are reclide 40, Janumet 50/1000 for diabetes and nexpro fast 40 for gerd
