Suggest Remedy For Pimple And Brown Spot On Hand

I have a very very small brown spot on my hand that could be mistaken for a brown pimple. Is it a wart or something else? I've been not eating so well lately, very stressed out, and it just appeared today. I keep my hand very clean so I'm not sure what it may be. Help me out please so I can be less concerned.
