Suggest Remedy For Pimple/bumps On Face & Neck

Hi, I am 30 y o female. My apendix bursted and was taken out back in February and I was on 4 types of antibiotics. A month after I came back from hospital I noticed that I started to have small pimples and little bumps (like pimples) all over my face and now they spread to the neck. I was wandering if it could be something to do with all those antibiotics I took but today the doctor said they are just pimples but I never had so many pimples in my life and they pretty itchy after shower
