Suggest Remedy For Pimples And Acne Scars

hi...i had acne month back..but its fine now...some pimples do evolve some time...but there are a lot of acne scars on my face left...some brown coloured patches mostly on my cheeks..i dont know what i should do...i have been taking regular treatments...but with no gud results...can you please suggest me something....also is there a possibility of getting acne again in future....?
