Suggest Remedy For Pimples And Black Pigmentation On The Face

Hello Doctor

Good evening, this is Vinod from bangalore...

since 1+ yrs am facing problems with my skin (face) ... face has turned dark, getting pimples, black pigmentations, it has become rough..... areas below eyes n forhead have turned more darker... entire body is in diff colour where as face is in black..

FYI ... am into night shifts since 4 yrs working a Sr HR (US Operations)...



pls suggest me in this regards.
