Suggest Remedy For Pimples And Reddish Spots On Face

Hi....I have pimples on my face and reddish colour spots.So doctor suggested me to use aziderm.Iam applying aziderm on it daily.but redness is increasing gradually.Does it have any side effects?will it reduce the redness?can i use it?please suggest me regadarding this
