Suggest Remedy For Pimples & Bumps Around The Nose

hello, i don't know what i have but there is a pimple like on the right side of my nose. it has a little pus and i don't know how to cure it. 2nd, i also have this "little bumps" placed surrounding just below my nose and i don't know what are those things.. :(
