Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Face

Hi docter i m asma 26 years old i use to get lot of pimples on my face.. after a week when pimples goes its leaves a black mark on my face.. mine is very fair and oily skin this black marks and pimples looks very horrable.. for the past one week i m applying sandal and turmeric paste and leaving it for whole night.. please suggest me some remedy for permanent effect
