Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Forehead

Hi I am Roman, 20 years old. i have a problem about my pimples its getting worse especially in my forehead it's bigger than normal pimples. I already tried to different facial wash but nothings happened. Any house or natural remedy??? Or what cream is possible to use?? Thank you so much!!
