Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Groin Area With Swelling

Hi im a male whose 22. About 2 days ago i started with having a little pimple on my groin area. NO it is not on my genitals. Over the last 2 days it has swelled up and has burst and iv had quite a lot of blood. For some reason it just doesn't seem to stop. The skin under the particular area and around it is extremely hard and painful ... what do u suggest i do?
