Suggest Remedy For Pin In Lower Back, Buttocks And Thigh From Lumbar Disc Protrusion

4 years ago i had disc protrusion in L4-L5 lumbar vertebral region . it caused due to heavy wait lifting in gym gradually over 2 months, den after 1 year i took ozone therapy for same but was not relived of pain . at present there is pain in lower back, in buttocks ,in back of thighs & also numbness & tingling sensation i have taken treatments like physiotherapy , strong pain killer like tramadol now also i take it sometimes plzzz suggest.
