Suggest Remedy For Pinching Pain In Buttocks And Testicle Area

i had an accident on the motor way, had three hairline fractures in pelvis which had recovered till now, i also had a fracture in back bone in L6 vetbra which was operated and a fixator had been added, before the operation i had problems in passing urine which had also been recovered..now the problem is that im feeling pinching pain(seems like in nerves) in my buttocks and testicals area which is temporarily rlelieved by rubbing or appling pressure and it seems to have no effect after 2 months of operation, my neurosergion says that it is due to stiffness but im also having therapy but still have no effect, plz guide me what to do
