Suggest Remedy For Pink Overtone On Facial Skin

Hi. Last year I did a 7 day at home glycolic acid peel in the hopes of reducing acne as well as acne scarring. While I did get positive results, since then I have noticed that my facial skin has a pink/red overtone to it. I was wondering if this could be caused by the peel, and if there is any treatment I could do in order to get my facial skin to match the rest of my body. Thanks.
