Suggest Remedy For Popping Noise In Neck

I have been experiencing neck popping noises and crunching in my neck, i have gone to chirocpractors and taken muscle relaxants. Sometimes they work a bit but then intensifies at time. I have gone for massages as well and nothing seems to work. Though there is no pain and i do work under alot of stress the dr. recommended an x ray. There seems to be no pain its just that it becomes annoying and cant seem to forget about this. Thank you Marilyn
